Milled potato flakes

Potato powder is produced of domestic clean potatoes and the production method has been developed since 1982. The potatoes are peeled, cooked, mashed, and dried by drum to produce flakes. The product has been developed in co-operation with bakeries and the food-industry to make it suitable for baking and industrial use.
