Potato bread

1 l Water
200 g Potato flakes
25 g Salt
40 g Yeast
800 g Yeast bread wheat flour

Disolve the yeast in the liquid (37 degrees), add salt and potato flakes and the flour. Mix the pastry even and add more flour if necessary until the pastry looses from the brim. Divide the pastry in five or six pieces and bake immediately to 1 cm thin breads. Bake the breads golden brown in 250 degrees C°.
